Does Cupcakes always have to be sweet? Or could you theoretically also use them in other situations? Maybe as a starter, or like a snack with tea, OR for your next cocktail party / gallery opening… (you arrange them all the time – don’t you? :-))

I used the Pink Poppy seed Cupcakes as a base and just added a topping.

  • Take a few spoons of quark or natural yoghurt
  • Add some herbs, lemon juice and salt – and stir

Fill a freezer bag with the seasoned quark / yoghurt, cut of one corner and carefully top your muffin. Decorate with chives or other fresh herbs and a small piece of Vegetable.

Serve on a salad or spinnach leaf, and you have a fancy snack!
